APPROVAL
I-485/I-30 APPROVED! 🎉💚
We’ve been married for about a year and only knew each other for a few months before getting married.
Our timeline:
June 1 — I-485 received
June 13 — Biometrics scheduled
June 29 — Biometrics completed
August 6 — Interview scheduled
September 10 — Interview completed
September 15 — CASE APPROVED! 🎉
Our interview was very easy. The officer was friendly and joked with us. He didn’t ask any relationship questions or even look through the huge binder of evidence we brought. He told us our I-130 was approved and that he just had a few internal things to finish on the I-485.
Five days after our interview, our I-485 was approved! The whole I-485 process took about 3½ months. 💚🇺🇸
