LA Field OFfice- still waiting!!!
Hello,
Anyone else still waiting for approval after submitting a medical RFE to the LA Field Office?
I’m EB-3 Unskilled, PD 11/11/21. My medical RFE was issued on Aug 11, I submitted it on Aug 25, and it was marked as received on Sep 1. Still waiting for approval.
I’ve seen several similar cases get approved already. Is anyone else in the same boat? Any idea why some cases are taking longer after the medical RFE?

I spoke to the agent yesterday and I have been told that they work periodically so it means to say that, they will work on our category next month.
