green card I-485 granted Asylum
hello everyone
I Applied for my I-485 in March 2023 and August 2024 I received a transfer letter one processing center to another. and After there is no update.
more then 3 years past.
is anyone has same delay ?
order to speed u p processing, we transferred the application o r petition ("your case") listed above to the following USCIS office for processing
VERMONT SERVICE CENTER, 38 River Road, Essex Junction, VT 054790001
That office will notify you in writing when they make a decision on your case or i f they need additional information.
Waiting for asylum interview since 2017 + SIJ approved
Hi everyone, I applied for asylum in 2017 and I’m still waiting for my interview (in-person interview pending).
At the same time, I have an approved SIJ (Special Immigrant Juvenile) case and I’m currently waiting for the visa bulletin to become current.
Is anyone in a similar situation (asylum + SIJ)? What did you do? Did you keep both cases or close one?

USCIS RFE after 2 year on green card application
guy got asylum in march 2024 whole faimly got grant
and 3 out of 4 of us got rfe right after 6 month of applying green card from uscis and today Uscis finally sends RFE request after 2 years for the last 4th member of the faimly.
so which means they are working but at very slow pace.
let’s hope after sending this rfe uscis gave decision soon🙏🙏.

H1B COS premium processing delay
My H1B COS (cap-exempt, university) was upgraded to premium processing on March 27, 2026.
It’s now over 15 business days and still no update (no RFE, no approval).
Has anyone experienced premium processing delays recently?

VAWA RFE
Hello. I submitted my VAWA case 5 years ago. Now, for the first time, they are requesting evidence, and it says that I have not submitted any of the following: shared residence, battery and/or extreme cruelty, self-petitioning spouse, during the marriage, and good faith marriage. However, I have already submitted all of these, along with extensive supporting evidence.
Now I would like to know: do I need to resend everything I submitted before with the same dates?
In all of these requests it says that “You have not submitted sufficient evidence to support your eligibility under this requirement”
I have submitted a lot of evidence, yet they still write this. Is this just a formality?
