No update in online even though I received an email
I have received an email from USCIS saying that “an action has been taken on your case”
login to view your case status.
I don’t see any update in online. it’s been two days since the email I received.
I am little worried 😟.
any thoughts?

Hey guys, how you doing? I have I-130 approved and I-485 was filled in the court and judge terminated my case and now I-485 is being transferred to USCIS from court. I made Congressional Inquiry and I just got my Inquiry Respond and USCIS said, we have your file, we requested it and received it from National Record Center and it's under review and we will be placing into interview queue. Once the data is available, you'll get the notice for the interview. How accurate is this information? I had stokes interview for i-130 already and then got approved. Everything was sent to local field office 2.5 months ago already . This response came from field office just so you know .

Had biometrics March 28, received 48 month extension letter for expired CGC. In for the wait as I won’t be applying for citizenship under 3 year rule, instead 5 year rule.

Did any of you get transferred to another service center? How long did you wait to get an approval?
My progress changed from 5 months to 20 months! And supposedly my case was transferred to Texas Service Center
I feel like I’m starting again from Day 1 of waiting 🥹

concern about my address
Hi everyone, I submitted a K1 visa application for my fiance few weeks ago, with that, I have a roommate who also filed for his wife using the same address, currently there are four people living in the apartment which include my roommate,me and my two kids,so to not mess up my application using the same address that someone has already used for almost the same purpose, I used a different address although the same building but a different apartment number that belongs to my aunt,so I'm thinking if it is not going to affect me when it comes to the background check,and do you guys think they are going to request a lease agreement to prove that I live in that apartment? and if they do request for a lease agreement,what should I do? your import will be highly appreciated 👍👍

For example, I recently saw an update stating that my case was being prepared for review by an officer. This update came from the National Benefits Center (NBC) before my case was transferred to my local field office.
