interview finally schedule!!!
I130 was approved 2 years ago but had to wait for court to be qualified for I485. Now, i485 interview finally scheduled for next month. any tips??? we don’t have financial joint documents as we manage them separately but we have child together. any worries??? Baltimore office
Timeline for AP AND EAD
Hi, my Application for I-140, 765, 131and 485 was received in Nov 8th 2024, based in my advanced skills, we attended biometrics in Dec 16th 2024, my wife’s EAD Was approved in Dec 26th and her AP in Jan 25th, mines still not approved, in USCIS account was announced that mines wold be approved this week, now says that is taking longer, someone had a similar case? can you tell me if estimated times plublished in USCIS are acurate? it’s normal that being a dependent receives her approval as faster as she did?
