is it true that now we have to send medicals with I-485 or it would be denied? because I just sent my application like a week ago but I did not include the medicals.

when will they start processing for June 2024 files?

how can I check or know what month they’re processing on?

Gc EAD more than 9 months didn’t get approval.

is there any idea my family base green card moved decision phase at march but nothing happen yet. my ead is more than 9 months but I didn’t get anything yet. is there any case they will give directly green card instead of EAD. or this is separate case for them. I have another asylum ead but extension not approval yet too.

I really don’t know what to do it’s over 7 months now since I field my AOS and EAD up till now my work permit has not been approved yet. I’m really confused

Hi everyone! I just need some advice

My interview is scheduled on 6/16. I will be flying to my country to pick up my daughter on 6/24 using my AP(will satu for 8 days) Now I know once your GC is approved your AP will automatically be voided. im just worried that "IF" I get an approval on those days that I am not in the US, they may give me a hard time be fore they let me enter the United States or worst part is , not at all! Any suggestions? what you think I should do in this situation? Appreciate you all 🙏

I filed a motion to reopen anybody knows how long it take for HARTFORD ct FO ! TBH y say there is no processing times for these forms. anybody have an idea at least from experience .

hello, what would you do? I485 still processing at the Charleston field office. My daughter’s wedding is in January 2026 in South Africa. Would you wait for processing or would you apply for a travel document. IDK the processing time for a travel document. Both seem to be long. What is your advice?
