I thought mine was in Vermont as well. pd date July 22, 2024 and got approval today and it shows Texas on the approval notice. had to idea it was transferred

i filled on June 16, and service centre is Vermont as well

it was just the I-130 that was approved. I just spoke with Emma on the website and ask where my case is and they tell you.
