after the Long wait, our 1-130 finally got approved! we still got some step until actual interview but long wait is over. thank you God!!!

Need Advice on My H-1B Reaffirmed Petition I am looking for guidance regarding my H-1B visa case. Timeline: 10 January 2025: H-1B visa interview at the U.S. Consulate in Karachi. My CEAC case was updated 6 times during administrative processing. 27 January 2026: My attorney received the USCIS Reaffirmation/Approval Notice (I-797C). Since then, I have received no further updates. My CEAC status still shows Refused. I contacted the National Visa Center (NVC), and they replied that they have no record of receiving my reaffirmed petition. They advised me to contact USCIS for further information. My questions are: Has anyone experienced a similar situation after a reaffirmed H-1B petition? Could the petition still be with USCIS, or is it possible that it was never transmitted to the Department of State/NVC? What would be the best next step for my attorney? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

US citizen married to F-1 student. Pretty simple case. Been together for over two years when filed, married in February and filed in April. No shared bank accounts or really any financials. No real wedding, just self-uniting marriage signed in our house. One affidavit from Us citizen’s parents. Tons and tons of pictures, proof of travel multiple times to student’s home country together and many other places, and lots of other relationship proof. We didn’t live together at the time of filing but my spouse did move into my parents house where we both now reside after graduating which we later submitted evidence of. Our interview notice actually came the day after uploading that big batch of unsolicited evidence from family visiting. that was the only time we uploaded evidence besides right before our interview so I believe that upload triggered our interview notice to be sent somehow. EAD card was never approved, just got the green card. Easy interview. Let me know if you have any questions

what happens after your I140 is approved? my PD is Aug 2023. And my I140 was approved Jan 2026.

I applied 05/14/2024 , still nothing, is that normal?

how long did it take to get i485 approved after i130 approval?

i had my interview on jun 16, i130 got approved on the next day. the interview was smooth. the officer told it will take a month to get approved and was very convincing. now its been over 46 days no update. how long did it take for others? please share your experience.

Hello lawfully family, I want to ask if anyone travel recently with AP to Nigeria. with pending Vawa case. although I travelled twice in 2024 to Nigeria and Canada. I lost my mom and will want to go home for her burial. kindly share your recent experience. thanks

my case been pending 4 year now since I did my adjustment of status base on a F4 mexico from 1999 245i application, i call uscis and they move my case from NBC to VERMONT without letting me know, also the agent say my case is out of processing time and I should have receive something by now. I been checking my case online and no updates have been made since 2022 when I start my process. this is so stressful I been waiting 26 years how much longer I have to wait till they let me know if I'm going to get approved or not ? thanks

it's been a little past our 2nd anniversary! thankfully we got the i-130 approval which was under the documents' tab in my husband(petitioner)'s account still no news on i-485 but hopefully i'll get approved soon bless you and may there be peace with you all

alguien más en esta situación me pidieron evidencia de RFE en enero y las envié à la semana y esta es la fecha que ni sale que lo recivieron he enviado cartas a Uscis explication mi situación ya que mi permiso de trabajo expiro hace 3 meses y llevo 9 meses esperando el permiso de trabajo C09 y he pedido ayuda a mi congresista también.
