Finally got an approval today.
Although it’s a roller coaster experience due to RFE, which is slightly related to amendment documents rest went smooth. but due to timelines we had to move it to premium to fasten the decision. Those who are waiting like me don’t lose hope. Good luck. #H1B #Extension #Amendment

H1B to H4/H4EAD concurrently filed on August 12th 2025
It's been 8.5 months since my spouse employer filed work auth for me.
My H1B expired in April and I am confused because congressman office has delays too.
Case processing times show 6 months on the USCIS website, it's more than 2.5 months.
My application starts with WAC.
From interview scheduled to case is still being processed; N-400
Has anyone experienced this before? I have both I-751 and N400 interview combo scheduled for next month. This morning got the "we've taken action on your case" text, rushed to check online and only my N400 was updated/downgraded from "interview scheduled" to "case still processing".
Kindly advise if anyone has had something similar and what it means. This process creates so much anxiety with no definite answers till final decision is made.
Keep the Faith you all!

STEM OPT/ Currently pending I-485 EB3-unskilled
I am at STEM OPT which ends on July 1st week. I am planning to enroll in Day-1 CPT. Does it affect pending AOS case? Should I start working with employer after getting EAD & drop F-1 or wait for GC? Some suggest start working since if interview will schedule then it might ask about not working with employer. on the other hand I see case denial because of not having underlying status. Does anyone has experience related to this please suggest?

case processing is taking too long ? feedback ?
I filed my naturalization case on July 2025 and the only message I got is that my biometrics were going to be reused, and radio silent since then .. no interview scheduled yet or nothing .. is this normal processing time ? it’s been 10 months and not sure if there is something happening or this is normal .. any feedback with similar cases with submission on or around July 19,2025 I’d appreciate any help, info or feedback !
