I’ve been waiting for almost 3 years, also I had an interview a year ago and today I received an email saying that they have taken action on my case.

I-130 filed abroad - How long did your approval take?
Hey everyone, I’m currently living abroad with my spouse and we filed I-130 last year (I am US citizen) and I am curious to hear from others in a similar situation. How long did it take for your approval to come through, and what was your timeline like with the NVC and the consular processing afterwards?
i-751 with Vawa approved - went to interview
it’s has been 43 days now after my interview. no rfe , nothing .. I-751 with Vawa approved. - and am still waiting - is this normal

vawa pending since feb4,2024, bios done for GC,TD,WP
hello, please give me advice or share your experiences …. spouse of green card holder. I filed vawa and respond RFE October 25,2024 and then I filed work permit, travel document ,green card together on October 2,2025.. I received biometrics letter and done bios on April 3rd for three of them… but green card is updated with bios and work and travel still remains same as case was received. what I can expect next and what I have to do ? any approval soon ? please advice .

Traveled india with advance parole, lived 2 months and came back safely and easily. you just need valid travel documents with no criminal record and No fraud case on your name thats it. all are fake news that you cannot travel and its not safe. everybody deserve to visit there family back home. anyone planning to visit then you can. safe travel guys and enjoy your trip, ignore negativity and fake news..
