Has anyone here filed a Mandamus because of a green card delay (based on asylum)? Can you share your experience and maybe recommend the attorneys you worked with?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a good attorney to file a Mandamus. My green card case (based on asylum) has been stuck for almost 24 months. I’ve already tried reaching out to USCIS, my senator, and the ombudsman, but nothing has moved. Any recommendations or experiences would be really appreciated.

Can I fly domestic with just my combo card?

hey guys, I’ve got my combo card valid until 2029, I’m under pending VAWA and I-485 right now. Am I safe to travel within the US, like east coast to west coast? I don’t have any other ID, my foreign passport is expired.

Hello members Just need a piece of suggestion. How feasible is it to travel internationally on AP? Any possible risks? I worked for my sponsor for year and half and quit. PD is Nov 2021 and AP is valid till 2029.
