NVC process is Documentarily Qualified
As of April 28th, the documents have been approved after submitting documents and fees payment since my approval on April 4th. So less than a month and now the case is transferred to the Islamabad Embassy. So does anyone know how long is the wait time for interview to be scheduled and notified on the interview date?

Finally Approval
I am so happy today two things at the same day my wife just passed her presentation of study’s graduation. and After 5 hours got email says that my case finally approved . hopefully everyone will reach their turn soon. we filed our I130 petition on October 23th, 2023 after 18 months and 5 days.
Asylum interview
hello guys, I have a pending asylum case and I studied nursing here and got my nursing license and my hospital were I work has filed for my EB3 and i140 got approved. uscis send me a letter that they are liasing to get a date for my eb3 interview in my home country when my priority date will be current(June). though my lawyers are working for my interview to routed to another country since I have a pending asylum.
Today I got a letter from uscis for my asylum interview. I am now so confused on what to do.
kindly advice.
