We called Uscis today and they said:
We got and email saying they have taken action in our case but nothing has changed, not in the documents tab or inbox, nothing, and it’s been almost a week…
my anxious self couldn’t wait no more because let’s be honest we all have been waiting for so long that an email like that will gets us not sleeping for days…
and they basically said that our case is still under review, that email was a standard thing to show movement in the file. And they told us the processing times are still 16.5 months long and we are still within the normal parameters. Lastly, they said that the expected thing is that there will be a resolution in March or April.
So fingers crossed!
The last few days i was so so anxious, i felt like it was about to happen for a second.
Hopefully we are almost at the end of the run,
it’s just so exhausting… i know we all feel it.
I wanted to share just in case there are more of you going through this.
🙏🏻there’s nothing else to do now than keep praying.

Long stay outside of US
I am on greencard and meet all the requirements for naturalization except that I had multiple long stays (< 6 months but close to 6 months) outside of US for work reason for an US company. Has anyone had similar experience and was able to get citizenship? Did you talk about long stays in the interview?
Thank you for sharing!
Situation of EB3 and Asylum
Hello ,
What is the possibility of approval for doing EB3 unskilled and Asylum parallel way. I was on F1 first when applying EB3 and filing the labour. I filed asylum application before being out of status. I filed my I-485 at 220 days of filing asylum. My EAD and AP from EB3 was approved? but I have no update on I-485 since 2023 February, is anyone on same boat like me??
hiii, do you think support of letters is critical as one of evidence for I-751 application?
For those of you who recently submitted I-751, could you kindly share what supporting documents did you submitted besides tax return, photos, joint bank accounts, joint saving, all insurances, plane tickets & hotel reservations. Thank you! #removalofcondition #marriagebasedGC #I-751 WISH US LUCK 🍀
