MEDICAL EXAM
Hi guys,
I received my RFE related to the medical form. I would like to confirm with who sent this form was sent recently the vaccination part!
Do you guys have how many doses of MMR? I had only one when I was a kid. I have proof of it; but I see the CDC asks for two doses but my doctor put “completed” in the form with only one dose. Is that correct?
Same question related to Hepatitis B - I had two doses when I was a kid, and the doctor put “completed” in the form as well.
I would like to make sure with someone who was approved recently.
I already took the Flu and TDAP.

you don't know what you got when you were a baby .my doctor gave me my shot records
from 1987 to 2025 with dates ect....
i was shocked because I was born and raised in Haiti I didn't know they can trace it.
if they say it's complete it's because it's complete
no doctor will risk their license because they want a one time customer to get approved.
so chill and wait for your green card
