my case was approved this morning during my interview at my local field office. I had the privilege of being interviewed by the nicest officer in the world. he approved me on the spot and gave me a stamp on my passport acknowledging I am a resident in case I need to travel soon! he said my greencard will be in the mail next week. God is good.

I filled my application since 2021 both I:485 and i:130 and my i:130 got Approved since 2023 but my i:485 get stuck i called the uscis like 100 times same response all the time I contact the congressman since last year same story waiting waiting all the time pls anybody can help....

I have always been able to retrieve my I-94 online . I have tried today and I am having issues - it CANNOT find my info: Has anyone else noticed it? I have switched names, space , no space! NOTHING! #i94

Removal Proceedings

I got the notice to appear in court. No crimes, nothing. But I married a year ago and I was gathering the documents so I will show to court with all the proof. I didn't apply and it was a mistake of taking too long to apply. And I will defend myself because lawyers are asking 10k for the process. I refuse to pay that.

my case was transferred from NBC to Phoenix after 7 month processing in NBC. now it's been 2 month that I do not have any update? my pd is 10 Mar 2023. I filed 14 August 2024.

My wife’s I-130 was approved last week Monday exactly a week ago after I got three emails on I-130 and one on 1-485 saying we have an action on your case. Nothing on I-485. I thought they get approved together or a hrs or days apart. is this common?

hi just wanted to share my experience as I benefited from this form frequently too , I traveled to my home country with i131, it was a trip of 3 weeks, I returned to jfk, as expected I was asked to secondary , it wasn’t crowded so I had to wait only 2-3 minutes and got my stamped i131 back without a question I brought with my i131 paper , ead , receipt notice for i485

I filed my paperwork November 2024 I got my work permit approve and when to my interview last Monday but at the interview they didn’t ask me and my husband no questions our baby was there too , the I-130 approve the next and I still haven’t heard anything .. I don’t know if the interview went well what y’all think ?

I am filing Mendomus on April/28/2025. i got a second interview date on June/03/2025. What kind of questions can be asked in the interview? My I-130 was approved 2022 my 1st I-485 interview was held on February/09/2023. After that they did not give any decision, thats why I am filing Mendomus.
