5 years of waiting and trusting in God!
Hello family, I am coming here today to share my good news. After waiting for more than 5 years, God made it happen to me finally and I am now free to travel and wee my family and my son whom I left at the age of 3 years and just turned 10 years in Feb.
Fast forward, my interview was this this morning at 07:15 am. The officer who served me was very nice and from how he welcomed me to his office, my conscience told me I had passed the interview already 😃. He then went ahead to say he try to finish up in 15 minutes which extended to 20 mins but that was ok.
Only things he asked me was the I 485 questions, divorce decree and if I was married again. Thats all and he stood and said, congratulations your case has been approved. And said to wait to the card in the mail.
Thank you all for the support, prayers and everything. This is where I have always run to for comfort. I love you all and will continue to pray for you. Always feel love and know that God who brought you here will never abandon you 🙏. Your time is coming. I will share my timeline if that will answer some of the questions. Thanks again.
initial or renewal for 765 form
i am applying for ead under Vawa, on the first page there are three boxes;1. initial application. 2. replacement 3. renewal. does anyone know which one that I should select? I have an expired ead that I got from I-30 but i don’t know if i should choose renewal since its a different case.

What a ride! Last week I filed a Writ of Mandamus myself (pro se, without an attorney). USCIS was served on Friday. Today I got a call from the director of my field office who asked if I could submit a new medicals before adjudication. I had a copy because I knew I was current and they were going to ask for it. I handed it over to him in person after our call and the approval came 30 minutes later.

Any PD Jan 2024 NIW case approvals?
Hello all, I have been following many i140 cases on this app for a while and people with PD Dec 23 are getting approved recently. How about us with PD in Jan 24? My case just passed 480 days (16 months) today and I am prepared to wait for over 500 days.
But if you got your case approved, please share in here so I could know the process is actually making progress. Thank you!

The nightmare is over!
my case was approved this morning during my interview at my local field office. I had the privilege of being interviewed by the nicest officer in the world. he approved me on the spot and gave me a stamp on my passport acknowledging I am a resident in case I need to travel soon! he said my greencard will be in the mail next week.
God is good.
