hi,if you have 5 years work authorization C09 based on marriage and your us husband mistreated you and will not attend the interview, what will happen to work authorization and will uscis deny the case and issue notice to appear for deportation process. thanks

apply for VaWa before interview so they don’t cancel your I-485 then at interview informed them you’re in the process of I-360 so your EAD isn’t canceled
