advice please
anyone has ever experienced this before. so in rec 2023 I submitted my complete AOS PACKAGE (i130&i485) few months later I switched to vawa(I1360) for obvious reasons. I sent a letter of abeyance for i485 to NBC,
November of 2024 they approved my AOS (i130&i485) and the December I received a prime facia for my vawa. my vawa is still pending, what does someone do in this case please, I got a 2 years conditional GC.
I also only filed i1360 . #vawa #marriagebase
NIW approved. Switching law firms for next stage
Hi everyone,
My NIW finally got approved. My PD suddenly became current and I just paid for PP. After 11 days, my NIW got approved with no further RFE.
My law firm didn't do a great job, though. I got a RFE on all three prongs that could have been avoided if they had provided the existing evidence when they filed my case in 2023. They didn't do a thorough job. For the RFE, I basically did everything myself. No paralegal help at all.
Now, I seek to hire a competent law firm to support my green card application. I am probably doing consular processing since I am currently in the US on a G visa. I don't think I can't do a change of status inside the US while on this visa.
Would you recommend any law firms? How much should I expect to pay for this process? How long would it take to obtain a green card?

EAD/AP Notice
My case is crazy right now. I supposedly file my EAD/AP in Nov 2024 with my lawyer,
only for the notice to come in June 1st and it stated that “ I’m eligible for extension 540 days if the received date is before the EAD expiry date. the card expired 03/03 and they received it 03/17
not sure if my job can use it.
can I still use it ?😩
