Hello all, need some advise.
We are under EB1C, ROW.
On Sep 30th we field concurrent for our I140 and I485.
Biometrics were done on Oct 23rd, EAD was received right after and I140 was approved 2 month ago.
No movement on tracking regarding the I485 or confirming that the biometrics were done.
Any thoughts?

Still waiting to get receipt of notice for my work permit. I submitted it Feb 25 and it was delivered Feb 27th. Has this happened to anyone? I sent an email to them and I haven’t received a response yet.
I sent my documents to Nebraska.

NVC Welcome letter updated
This is just an update and an advice!
I got my NVC letter though mail today, with the date of the April 1. So one day after they sent me an email saying my case was sent to the department of the state. Literally only took one day to be processed to de NVC lol I did not receive any email from the NVC before the mail today, I don’t know why.
So keep it checking your emails but also check your mail frequently!

hi guys pls I have question can I reapply my 1-175 that is C31 to CO9 since I have applied for 1485 i dont need to wait until my vawa is approved ! i filed for vawa since 2022 last year December I got my travel document but my work permit is not yet approved so I summited expedite for it to be approved which they denied it ! so my question is can I file another form so that it will be C09 bc I have 1 485 pending ! I need ur urgent answers guys

VAWA just got approved after almost 44 and a half months.
No RFE
Lawyer applied inqury on January 23rd 2025 and March I think 6th 2025.
We didn’t get any respond as I know.
I wish you all this to happend to you as soon as possible.
One more thing is I start praying every in the morning and before sleep. And in prays I mentioning to get green card as soon as it can be.

hello, anyone has experience with the colombian family reunification program? we arrived to the US via the family reunification program and now received notification from nvc. Do we do the process with nvc like if we were in colombia? or is there a different process?

i got vawa approval last september 2024, i received c31 for 2 years, i went to renew my Driver license 2 weeks ago with my work permit valid for 2 years in hand, they said i should wait for 2nd verification from uscis for 5 days, i got cleared from uscis i went back to dps to renew driver license valid until Dec 2025 only 9 months..what that means ? No rfe yet. #vawa #i485

If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. what does this mean I never sent Uscis anything and my case have being pending since march 2022 this is what I see now.
