SOME MISTAKES ON DS-260

Hello! My question is, how can I tell them that I've made some mistakes while completing DS-260 form? And does this affect visa approval? I've made these mistakes: 1. I mixed up the dates of receipt and expiration of my passport. 2. Instead of the letter "O" I wrote the number 0 (username on Instagram)
