I still can’t believe that my stokes interview was less than 10 minutes
My wife and I were preparing for 3 days prior to our stokes interview. We prepared questions and more evidence. We were both very nervous the day of the interview. When we came in the room I expected the IO to separate us. And he didn’t. I was the only one answering the questions and they were all based off my form. At the end we both had a neutral answer and told to wait 60 days for a decision to be made. We both returned home confused about what happened, then when I received the approval notice, I was so shocked, it took me a minute to tell her. Then it was all kind of emotion flowing 😂

Filing N400 with Pending i751
Hey guys,
Just wanted to see of based of your guy’s experiences, someone can answer this question for me.
I applied for my removal of conditions (i751) about 8months ago. As almost every other, this is still pending.
I know I can apply for the N400 while having my i751 is pending, but my question is: Do I need to wait for the full year of having applied for it or can I apply within 90 days of completing the full 3 years as a permanent resident like the N400 application instructions say?

I gave fingerprints a long time ago, but it doesn't show up here. Is this normal? Does anyone else have the same problem? Or should I send a letter(copy of fingerprints )to UCIS? 08.07.2024 apply and 09.05.2024 fingerprints

Pending I-130 Petition with F4 Category
Good evening, everyone!
I've question regarding my petition that was filed in Dec 2011, and on June 5th 2024 my case was transferred to ELIS. Its been a year now but nothing change. Case Status says "Case was Received Notice Not Sent". Does anyone else has the same status? Can you guys tell me whats going on? How long will it take to process?

Hola a todos. Soy colombiana y quiero compartirles brevemente mi experiencia con el proceso de parole por reunificación familiar, con la esperanza de que pueda servirle a alguien que esté pasando por una situación similar.
El año pasado recibí la invitación para iniciar el proceso de parole destinado a colombianos. Sin embargo, por motivos personales no pude avanzar con el trámite en ese momento. Finalmente, en enero de este año recibí la autorización del USCIS —coincidiendo, curiosamente, con el día en que el expresidente Donald Trump retomó protagonismo político.
Lamentablemente, una semana después, el acceso a CBP One fue congelado. En ese momento, solo me faltaba obtener el permiso de viaje para completar todo el proceso. Desde entonces, me encuentro en una especie de limbo migratorio: no tengo claridad sobre si debo esperar a que se actualice el boletín de visas o si debo aguardar un correo electrónico con la autorización de viaje.
Comparto esto porque sé que muchas personas podrían estar atravesando situaciones similares, llenas de incertidumbre y ansiedad. Espero sinceramente poder completar pronto este proceso, viajar y reunirme con mi familia, como tantas otras personas también anhelan hacerlo.
