I submitted I485 applications for both primary and dependents in July 2022. Then dates retrogressed in Oct 2022. Since then all our cases were in CRP state.

Not sure what is the process at their end. I just hope there won’t be much delay in processing dependents applications since Primary is already approved.

if dependent is pending I would highly encourage to do a congressman inquiry and tell them it’s a file separation case .. primary is approved. dependent, it’s still pending. in my case dependent file was sent to a totally wrong office and by the time we found out the dates had retrogressed.

I chatted with EMMA today to check on the status of my dependents applications. Per them the applications are at NBC and nothing is missing on their case. And the last action taken was on 11/3/2025. But, they did not share more details on the actions taken. What does that mean? Any idea friends..

my PD is Jan 2013 EB2. but the case status is still CRP!! is it normal that cases with PD after mine are getting approved!!
