CSPA Review Request for Derivative Beneficiary – F3 Category
hello all,
in 2011 my grandmother (US Citizen) applied F3 immigration to my mom and family. petition was approved on 2012. priority date came cuttetn on November 2024. while trying to fill Ds-260 form and upload civil documents I saw only my parents name. by that time I’m 23 year old. I tried to add my name by us is did add my name. later this year in November beginning I uploaded recent tax returns of my sponsor. my parents attended interview and got their visa approved. later when I opened case file suddenly I saw my name and it asked me to fill DA-260 form and upload civil documents. now I’m 24 year old. how to proceed with this.

iam 25 and my pd is 2011 and case approved on 2025 so minus 14 years from 14 years from 25 =9
