Update
I received an sms and email notification this morning that USCIS have taken action on my case. I have since signed into my account and there’s nothing. been refreshing the page all day and still no update. My i485 is still in CRP since Nov 2023 and my EAD renewal still says actively been reviewed since April 2025. Anybody experienced this before? PD is Feb 2023.

i485 hasn’t update/ 1 week after approval
we got our interview on June 9th. no questions no documents requested. it’s was so much fun because she was so excited about our incoming Disney trip and how she loved our pictures that we had upload previously. so the whole interview was just about vacations and she showing us pictures of hers. she did told us it was approved before seating down and few time while talking and again before we left. as soon as we got to the car i130 was approved and letter were in the document tab within minutes. 5 days later I got the letter saying my petition for my husband was approved in the mail . also we received case been actively review on his i485 the same day of the interview. But, i485 hasn’t show approved yet and it been a whole week after the interview. anybody got a similar experience? could we be expecting a letter or the card in the mail even this the account hasn’t update to approve?
After so much stress and worry, insomnia and so much waiting, my God who never abandons us, my i360 has just been approved. This joy will be for everyone. We trust in God who can do everything.

today I went to the dmv nyc to change my drivers license to real Id but after processing it they told me they have to confirm with uscis either my co9p is eligible.I googled it and it shows I’m eligible.but they said they will get in touch with me.is co9p EAD not eligible?And long does it take dmv to contact individuals.thanks for your response

As you may have already noticed, waiting times are increasing, denials are on the rise, and no one knows how things will unfold.
The only tool we have to expedite these responses, the only Variable in our Hands!, is through priority processing.
PLEASE remember and convey this to everyone: priority processing is not only for those with current status. It’s important to recognize that NIW may not be available for concurrent filing and might never be again.
What matters is that priority processing ensures we receive a quicker answer and a DATE!, places us in line, and prepares us for the next steps.

I got a notification I was getting another letter from immigration asking for more evidence .
some of the evidence I already have my attorney and I though she added to my file. I not longer have my attorney but I was wondering if I should add the evidence with the old dates or rewrite them?
and if they ask for proof of residence together, and I don’t have that , is letter from friends and family enough?
please help I don’t know what to do

Hello everyone,
I’m hoping to get some clarification. I had my interview a few months ago, in February, but didn’t receive a decision at that time. On June 12, I received an email stating that my case has been approved and that I would receive my oath ceremony notice by mail. However, there’s still nothing showing in my online account.
Should I be concerned about this? I also spoke with the customer service team, and they told me I’m in line for the oath ceremony, but there’s still no update in my account.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice would be appreciated.

I did my interview today and it was great. Pretty much friendly officer, and only interviewed me. Asked me question for my 485 and 130 and we have a strong bonaF plus her being pregnant the second child made it easier. Married in 2022, filled in Nov 2024, then got 10 years 💚.
it was stressful at first looking at people who got theirs in 3 month and more. I waited for 184 days before I got my EAD which drove me crazy, while some people got theirs in 40 days. but here I am not done with the process and I’m grateful for the insight I got from the whole community experience and wish good luck 🍀 to the rest of y’all. Stay positive and feel positive, don’t just think positive, feel it and picture it. you’ll get what frequency you sent out to the universe. The universe don’t listen to your voice but your frequency. So be mindful of how you feel.
