RFE
I sent my case in April/2023. I just had my WP and Parole approved until now.
I received a RFE in January/2025 but no answers yet.
Anyone with the same date here? Marriage with a american citizen.
I have a wedding outside US in November but I’m a little bit worried to go with my parole :/

I-360
I filed I-360 in 2019 which was denied in 2021 for not meeting timelines for more evidence. I refiled again in 2023 with all other extra documents requested and got prima facied thereafter. To my surprise, my older form is beginning to be processed with starts saying additional documents were received. My question is did they merge both internally or is it a system error?
Finally it’s approved from Santa Ana FO

I-130 Application After Interview
Hi,
My spouse's I-130 was approved and had an interview today. However, after an interview, the consular officer gave a letter saying additional administrative processing is required, but no further action is needed from our end. I’m confused.
Has anyone been through this process or what does it mean? please advise on what we should expect next.
Welcome letter pending
Hello guys,
7 months ago and NVC still didn`t send to me the WELCOME LETTER, every month I send inquiry and I received same response [ because ur not current we cannot process your case] .
any one still waiting for welcome letter from NVC.
any advice or help.
note: my 140 already approved before 7 months.
Approved finally
For kids you had to provide a birth folio instead of the birth certificate. it put back the decision a few days, but for me it was relatively quick, 2 days after I uploaded the folio a decision was made for both kids cases.

Travel with Advance Parole
Hi! Just wanted to write my experience here because I was very nervous coming back since it was my first time traveling abroad with the Advance Parole letter.
I came through the Atlanta Airport and gave the officer my passport and the AP letter. She only asked me where was my final destination in America and told me she’ll get another officer to walk me to the second inspection. When we got to the back room, they collected my passport and AP and told me to wait in another room where phones were not allowed.
I guess it didn’t take them over 10 minutes to stamp my parole and let me go.
It was really simple and fast, they didn’t ask anything, not even how long I was out of country or reason for travel.
I applied for my Green Card in December/2024 through marriage. Before that I had a valid Aupair visa.
Hope this can help someone who’s worried like I was. 🤍
I-485 Finaly approved!!!
I’ve been waiting for this since 2020 when I first start my EB2-NIW process. Here is my journey:
• 2018: Entered the U.S. on L-1 visa.
• Jan 17, 2020: Filed my first I-485 (based on EB-2 NIW) while in valid status.
• Dec 5, 2022: My first I-140 was denied.
• March 1, 2023: Filed a motion (I-290B) to reopen the denied I-140.
• March 15, 2023: Filed a new EB-2 NIW I-140 and request to transfer the I-485 to this new I-140.
• June 2023: My new I-140 was approved.
• April 15, 2025: USCIS ignored my request to transfer and my first I-485 was officially denied based on the denial of my first I-140.
• April 23, 2025: Filed a brand-new I-485 based on the approved I-140.
• July 2025: Received approval of my new I-765 (EAD).
• July 17, 2025: My new I-485 was APPROVED!
Wish you all the best on your journey! Don’t give up!! When you do the right thing you will deserved!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
