How did they approve your F2A green card? You received approval for which country and which center, and tell me how you received approval when they arrived normally in October 2022, are you sure it's not for citizens?

I am F2A green card. My spouse hasn’t got citizenship yet. I am also surprised that we went to interview then it’s approved now. I know now the approval is mostly Oct 2022. Not sure why our case goes so fast. Probably this case is outliner? or probably our field office moved faster than others? I don’t know
