Case remains pending
PD is current.
Case is in FO (my local field office).
Status is "Case Remains Pending" (We are pausing working on your case as there is no visa number available...blah blah blah) for 2 months already.
Emma and layers say there is no other option but to wait. I am, of course (dah :)), waiting, but just wonder, have anyone had a similar situation and how was it resolved?

Its been over 6 months that we didn't heard back from USCIS.

No Interview Date - K1 Visa
Hello, my name is Kimberly and I am the U.S. Petitioner. My fiance and I received a notification that the embassy in Tirana, Albania had received our case from nVC on January 11, 2022. Since then, I have sent the required documents to the embassy at least over 2 times in the past year and earlier this year as well, and neither myself or my fiance has gotten the next steps to set up an appointment. We are unsure of what to do. My fiance has tried calling the embassy and all he gets is an automated message throughout the call, and I have sent them an email and they have not responded back. I checked the CEAC website to check to see how our case was going and the status is showing up as expired. I am unsure of what to do.

Hi. Filed Aug 26, 2020 in Long Island/National Benefits Center for I-130 and I-485. My husband has done biometrics for his EAD (we even renewed it as we have been waiting almost 3 years). My question is Will there be another biometrics/medical needed for the I-485 or will the one he did for the EAD be the only one required? Thank you and good luck to everyone waiting.

I-824 Timeline (Potomac)
I’m sharing my I-824 timeline here in hopes of hearing of other people’s experience with the Potomac Service Center. Lawfully data indicates that people who filed this form in January and February are receiving approvals, while mine remains in process even though it was received in December. This is very frustrating because the elation my wife and I had over our I-130 approval quickly turned into a nightmare because my lawyer’s office neglected to check a box.
