I Didn’t for my 2 cases , one approved 10 days ago , the second on just got it expedited, i don’t think the whole process need an attorney until you have a issue.

@Karina perez Mines is F2A marriage visa, my PD is June 7, 2022 and they started reviewing June 9 2022, my service center is Texas which is 12.5 processing time. I’m waiting for my I-130 to get approved.

@Kariño Nice actually my category is IR-1/CR-1 but my visa type is F2A if I’m correct cuz I’m trying to bring my husband here from out of country.
Saba TApr 14, 2023
I did F2A for the visa bulletin
Saba TApr 14, 2023
@Kariño Nice what’s the visa buletin for and what do I put in there, when it asks for the priority date and for family based visas

Filing with an attorney is the safest option bc you don't want to delay your case unnecessarily due to mistakes or missed documents. There's a long wait as is, and if you're not fully aware of everything necessary, it could take a long time. Not to mention the interview could be sketchy. When there's no lawyer to represent you, the officer could take advantage and ask you questions or attack you on things that should not be asked.

@Emma S. I agree with you
