Birth Certificate Saudi Arabia ( Non Availibilty )
Hello,
I’m looking to find out what is the alternative if we don’t have Birth certificate to submit for NVC.
My wife she was born in Saudi Arabia and she only has Notification if Birth from the hospital and stamped by Ministry of Health in it and we have uploaded the same document. But NVC has rejected the document and they wanted to replace with acceptable birth certificate from issuing authority. My wife has moved back to India along with her family almost 7yers back and she can’t obtain certificate. So I’m looking to find out what needs to be done in this situation.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

marriage based green card
finally have the i-485 family based green card approved and confirmed it’s en route to our apartment. the i-765 approved here was also a travel permit so we received it as a combo card at the midway mark of our process through an escalation. long road but finally at the finish line. My wife is a Brazilian national and I’m a US citizen — we live in San Francisco. happy to answer any questions.

RFE Bonafide marriage submitted
we got an RFE and we submitted proof right away when we got it online
the issue is that we made a lot of mistakes
we had health insurance, car insurance, DL same address since we got married, phone bills, life benefits
but my husband made a mistake and only submitted proof of recent car insurance which happened to have started 7 days ago (periods of 6 months)
and only recent health insurance etc
there was so much more evidenc we could’ve submitted that I didn’t think of, like amazon deliveries throughout the marriage, venmo payments even before marriage until recently, text logs, more pics with friends etc. We were overly confident and didn’t stop to think to provide more of the proof and double check the proof.
now I am worried I did not submit enough,
I don’t get to amend the RFE response and add more proof right?
K1 to K3 advice
I filed for the K1 visa on 8/2022. I haven’t received any new information other than my case was received.
Hypothetically speaking. I know that if we are now married I would need to change it to the Spouse visa. Based on what I read for form I-130 I cannot use that form if I was not physically present at the ceremony (I.e. if my attorney in Ecuador signed on my behalf)…so what form would I use instead to apply for my spouse?
Also do I have to completely start over or can I just submit the form as a addendum and pay the new fee?
If I have to start over, how do you advise USCIS to stop the 129F? Is it done online or a letter I have to send?

Need help on alternative ways to get the info on my RFE I-485
I’m in a situation where my spouse wants to leave me because she wants to control my life and I must do what she says or her family tells me to do. I just got approval for my I-130 and now USCIS sent me an RFE for my I-485 but I don’t know what they are asking for and I tried reaching out to my spouse to see if she can send it to me but she’s not responding. I guess she wants to hold me hostage at this point and I can’t wait to get my GC. the main issue is that I need to know what they are asking for and where to send it to which will be stated in the letter. please guys I need ideas on how to go about it since she’s not responding to my calls or text to get the mail from her. thanks 🙏🏾. looking forward to your replies.

I didn’t get any notice at all, just an update that the case is actively being reviewed. Same on my spose’s online account, except that an approval notice was under documents!!
Hoping i485 get approved soon. i received courtesy letter to send medical by mail (that is NOT an RFE), send medical exam last week. FO: Fresno CA, but live in Berkeley, CA.
