contact emma and ask for live agent. once connected let them know that you are willing to expedite and your strongest possible reason that falls in either financial or humanitarian categories. once they raise a request you should receive a confirmation email in 24-48 hours with transaction id and contact info where you can fax your supporting documents if required.

usually, a cover letter describing the situation and requesting to expedite, evidences that show financial instability like statements, minimum payments commited to, expenses report, etc. anything that would help them understand.
i am not sure what can be sent to advance parole - I have seen people who sent the medical reports along with the doctors note and got approval easily.
