she can go to the Consulate of Saudi Arabia in the USA and ask for her birth certificate. I hope someone knows a little more.

you can give affidavit

If you have no birth certificate.you can see alternate of birth certificate in your case.

I am in the same situation. what kind of affidavit? I heard certificate from consulate is not acceptable.

@pablo Romero This was inquiry response I got from NVC about birth certificate non obtainable inquiry which I submitted To Whom it Concerns: If you cannot submit a required document, you must send a detailed explanation through CEAC. · Go to https://ceac.state.gov/iv. · Under Civil Documents, choose the Not Available option for the missing document. A box will appear asking you to explain why the document is not available. · Explain why you cannot provide the document for your case. · Repeat these steps for each document marked Missing. · After you provide an explanation for each document that is not available, click the Submit Documents button. We will review the information and let you know if any other action is required.

@pablo Romero …. I have created a affidavit of birth from my wife’s father and mother stating about the birth in KSA and I will be uploading along with detail explanation why I can’t get the cert from authorizing department away from KSA

@Alia Alali … you may have to make a affidavit explaining brief why you can’t get the birth certificate after that you have to submitted secondary documents like school certificate from school, leaving certificate and any other related docs from KSA along with affidavit.
