I-130 has been approved, RFE for medicals is pending Same sex marriage AMA
hey everyone!
Our I-130 has been finally approved!! we are a same sex couple from NJ. we honestly thought this day wouldn’t come until many many years later but by Gods grace, our waiting is finally over. Ask me anything, I’m more than willing to share my our whole experience. I never got my EAD. we included our joint insurance, bank account, lease and lots of photos in the application as evidence along with wedding cards, life insurance plan.
