getting back together
My husband was abusive, and the police were called three times. I got a restraining order for a year then I changed it to a peaceful retraining order . I have pictures and evidence! After a year, he wanted to get back together, but I didn’t trust him. He’s now seeing a psychiatrist and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, which explains his anger issues. He’s on medication, stopped drinking, and is really trying to be better. I want to try again, but I’m scared of setbacks. I’m don’t want to withdraw my VAWA because I did experience domestic violence, but I don’t want USCIS to think it’s fraud. We’re going to counseling and taking things slowly. My lawyer said they might see it as fraud and to withdraw my application because it’s for people who want to leave their abusive husband. and I’m finding the easy way to get papers :/

fiance visa
our fiance visa was refused at the interview without a reason. it was send back to USCIS for further review. we received a notice in the mail stating that the validity period has expired. we still don't know the reason it was refused in the first place. we feel like we have been done wrong. the embassy took to long to respond back to USCIS and I received an email stating that. I responded stating we are still interested. then we had a problem with scheduling and had to pay twice because they switched banks. now they saying we ran out of time. it's really sad people spend their time and money and the process doesn't treat them fairly.
RFE
My PD is end of March 2023. I just got update saying an RFE was sent out. My last update was 1.3 years ago where it said case remains pending. I can’t think what would the RFE be about. Are you guys who are current as of today been getting RFE notice lately. If yes, what were those RFE for? Can you guys share with me? #eb3#nurse
Interview completed, officer said RFE would be issued — no updates for over a month
Hi,
I had my green card interview more than a month ago. During the interview, the officer said I would receive a Request for Evidence (RFE). I uploaded the requested documents to my USCIS account on the same day, right after the interview.
However, I haven’t received any official RFE nothing by mail, no message in my account, and no document under the “Documents” tab.
The case status is still stuck on “Interview Was Scheduled.”
Has anyone had a similar experience? Should I just wait, or try calling USCIS?
how long should I have to wait more 😌
it makes me really upset , its been 15.5 months already still no movement , should I just wait or i can do something, please let me know, really need help

Have anyone had this situation before?
Hey there. I had my interview on October 15TH 2024 but the system was down so the officer told me he can’t put in the system that I completed the interview but gave me and my lawyer a paper that says that.
In June 2025 my pd became current, my lawyer made also an inquiry on June 10th for outside the normal processing time. haven’t received an answer yet.
And finally yesterday I received another letter that says I’ll have the interview on September 2025.
Anyone had the same situation?
*Both interviews aren’t showing up online on my case.

anyone can share how long will take to receive the card? also, my husband’s case didn’t have any update yet.
when could I leave my workplace? anyone has experience?
