August 29th 2022 JOINT MOTION TO RECALENDAR AND DISMISS WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
November 9th 2022 granted and they dismissed my case.
January 9th I found out my case was dismissed and I was trying to figure out why my lawyer didn’t even know yet. Found through EOIR case status online.
Juanary 19th I received the dismissal order from the immigration court house.
January 31st I Fedex overnight it to Houston field office along with a written request to reopen my i485 based on a court order.
I got info pass while all this was going on set for February 3rd to give them a copy of what I sent through fedex. Same day they reopen my case.
officer told me they might ask me for a new medical exam. March 30th I got RFE for medical, got it in hand April 3rd same day I got my first Covid shot. have to wait 21 days for my next Covid shot. before they can seal the medical exam.
April 24th fedex overnight to field office they deliver it the very next day April 25th at 9am.
May 2nd New Card Is Being Produced.
May 3rd Case Was Approved.
May 5th Card Was Mailed To Me.
May 10th Card Was Deliverd To Me By The Post Office.
I applied for my i485 November 18th 2018 (approved 5/2/2023)
I applied for my i130 2/12/2018 it was approved November 19 2019.

Hi all, my husband and I applied for the EB-2 Green Card woth sponsorship from the company he works at. Last week, he got approved in the i-485 and I received a RFE requesting for evidence that we are married.
Yesterday I sent USCIS (overnight mail) all the documents I was asked but wanted to understand how long should it take now for USCIS to review my case and provide me with a response.

finally greened!!!! approved today, on a full moon🌕i feel so lucky. i applied in march 2021, missed my interview in december 2021 because interview notice was sent back to USCIS as undeliverable. no activity to my case from february 2022 until medical exam RFE a year later on February 6th 2023. sent in medical on April 10th and got approved today on May 5th!!!! i’m sooooo grateful alhamdulillah

My EAD card is not verified by USCIS

I got EAD card a month ago. but ssn card was not arrived.
so I’ve waited 3-4 weeks and then I went to SSA office.
They said, My EAD card is not verified and still pending in resulting that I couldn’t get SSN. My SSN case was applied but I have to wait until USCIS, they need to verified my EAD card. office staff said, It takes 4 weeks.
if they don’t respond, My SSN will be declined.
What can I do?
Expedite request
I requested to expedite my EAD and got the email yesterday asking me to fax proof. I just looked in my case status is says "On May 4, 2022, your request to have your case expedited, referral number ######MSC, was completed"
but I haven't even faxed anything or is this what the update always say?
