i485 administravely closed November 19 2019 i130 approved approved November 19 2019 reason for why it was admin closed I was under removal proceedings. August 29th 2022 JOINT MOTION TO RECALENDAR AND DISMISS WITHOUT PREJUDICE. November 9th 2022 granted and they dismissed my case. January 9th I found out my case was dismissed and I was trying to figure out why my lawyer didn’t even know yet. Found through EOIR case status online. Juanary 19th I received the dismissal order from the immigration court house. January 31st I Fedex overnight it to Houston field office along with a written request to reopen my i485 based on a court order. I got info pass while all this was going on set for February 3rd to give them a copy of what I sent through fedex. Same day they reopen my case. officer told me they might ask me for a new medical exam. March 30th I got RFE for medical, got it in hand April 3rd same day I got my first Covid shot. have to wait 21 days for my next Covid shot. before they can seal the medical exam. April 24th fedex overnight to field office they deliver it the very next day April 25th at 9am. May 2nd New Card Is Being Produced. May 3rd Case Was Approved. May 5th Card Was Mailed To Me. May 10th Card Was Deliverd To Me By The Post Office. I applied for my i485 November 18th 2018 (approved 5/2/2023) I applied for my i130 2/12/2018 it was approved November 19 2019. that’s my story thank you everyone who read it. and please guys don’t give up. I know is easy to say it once you get approved.

I received courtesy notice via email to send my medical i-693 from my field office on 5/4/23 but I send my medicals on 4/3/23 and they updated on 4/21/23 RRFE received May 4, 2023 COURTESY NOTICE Thank you for submitting a Form I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status) which has been transferred to a USCIS Field Office for review and adjudication What to expect... Your Form I-485 will be reviewed promptly and may be adjudicated without an interview. If an interview is required, you will receive a separate notice with the date, time, and location of your interview appointment. To expedite the processing of your Form I-485, please submit a valid and unexpired For I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) completed by an authorized Civil Surgeon. If you have already submitted a valid Form I-693 that has not yet expired or have undergone an overseas medical examination completed by a panel physician, please do not send another For I-693 at this time. In addition, if your Form I-485 filing is based on a spousal relationship with a United States Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, please submit cwrent and relevant documentation that substantiates your marital relationship. This is a cowtesy notice and not an official Request for Evidence (RFE). If you have received an official RFE and or an interview appointment notice, you may disregard this notice. However, if you wish to expedite the processing of your Form I-485, please submit the aforementioned documents along with a copy of this notice to the address below.
