How does I-485 process with I-130 approved?
My I-130 was approved very quickly (I think because my previous I-485 was denied). I resubmitted I-485 because my reason for denial was not properly uploaded form to easy to remedy. Does anyone know what I can expect from my pending I-485? When you file concurrently does your I-485 go into the same queue or a different one? Also, has anyone had their EAD approved without expediting? Losing my work authorization in 2 months and feeling more and more stressed by the day….

NVC payment processed then changed??!
Hello All, we paid the NVC fees last week. three days later it was changed to “paid” and we started submitting the documents. today i received an email “notice regarding your visa case” went online and found that “paid” has again changed to “pay now”!! what the heck 🤦🏻♂️

texas lpr 27.5 months.....this is ridiculous. To prove a marriage with 2 children .... I know there are many many cases like mine but still. Dont tell me they really work at uscis. Well not that there is a Visa at NVC available....I am seriously debating to give up on the whole process. Or maybe I win a green card tomorrow.
