many have received rfe for medical but I haven't seen approval yet on I 485 base wava anyway its rare to see approval base on vawa seem its takes more time to adjudicate on vawa

@sweet lins thank you. filed vawa&I-485 in Aug 2020. vawa approved in March 2023. RFE for medicals in April 2023 and Response was received by USCIS this week

@y j Thanks! I never had police report. my abuse was purely emotional. I had psychological report, personal statement, text messages, affidavids from friends, my family and his family. and because I filed with I-485, I included everything else to support bonafide marriage and Good moral character.
