Thank God it’s finally over, just got approved for my N600, I have to submit(RFE), after that, I was approved in about three weeks, good luck, everybody and stay positive🙏🏾

Hi I just got a receipt number for my case and found out they ask for Request for evidence. Will it affect your case processing time and how long will it take for them to approve after you submit your request for evidence my I140 is filled Premium Processing . Thank you

biometric preponing
hi, my lawyers recieved a notice today scheduling mine and kids biometrics for 17th. the kids and wife are flying out of us on 16th. Has anyone had any success in calling USCIS center and preponing biometrics. there are two other issues 1/the lawyers haven't got the letter for my wife and 2/ i haven't received the appointments by post yet. Any advice, folks used to recommend doing a walkin. Has anyone done it in recent past. #biometrics
Interview after “RFE response was received” for EB3 unskilled case
My case was transferred to Los Angeles County FO in 03/2023. After I sent RFE response (Medical exam) on 04/14/2023, Emma said the interview is waived. But I asked Emma again and was told INTERVIEW WAIVER ELIGIBLE CANCELLED on 4/25/2023. On 05/03/2023, It was transferred back to my local FO.
Does it mean I am going to be scheduled an interview for my case?

Anybody in the same boat with me? Can I have some experience about EB3 unskilled interview, please?

my i485 case got denied on May 1st and i130 changed to actively reviewing reason for denial was because we didn’t send recent tax returns I used a joint sponsor and he gave my lawyer 2019 2020 tax returns at the time we filed March 2022 he hasn’t gotten his 2021 tax returns so my lawyer used the 2019 and 2020 now my lawyer wants us to reapply for i485 since i130 is still pending anyone else experience this issue before please come to my aid I waited more than a year only to be denied
