l@pabitra subedi he might have uscis account if he doesn’t then create one and don’t mess with uscis account since it’s long way to recover purai jhamela hunx re accoun recover garna mero ne testai vaicha, feri yo account pachi samma chahine raicha tmro greencard dekhi citizenship ko lagi samma so tell him to create account on official website of uscis and tyaa sab hunx documents ,status vanera option aux so he can see under documents

@pabitra subedi Most likely you are approved , i seen your comments that you dont have access to the online account thats fine , give it 24 hours it will change here to approved then another 6 days you will recive the approval notice via mail , If it didnt approved tmr then you will be very soon.
