Is it 2yrs or 10 Years ?
If I'm currently on a 2yrs Green card and my US Citizen spouse file for my Son from abroad. If I'm still on 2yrs Green card when my son is being admitted into USA, will my son get 2yrs or 10yrs at entry?

he will get 10 years, if he is not 18 years old he automatically becomes a citizen when he gets here

@Jay Man, because he was out side us he will get 10years, I have a friend who was here with her daughter and she got 2 years and her daughter got 10 years. so I don’t know if they change up their system if not he will definitely get 10 years
