I received courtesy notice via email to send my medical i-693 from my field office on 5/4/23 but I send my medicals on 4/3/23 and they updated on 4/21/23 RRFE received

Thank you for submitting a Form I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status) which has been transferred to a USCIS Field Office for review and adjudication
What to expect...
Your Form I-485 will be reviewed promptly and may be adjudicated without an interview. If an interview is required, you will receive a separate notice with the date, time, and location of your interview appointment.
To expedite the processing of your Form I-485, please submit a valid and unexpired For I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) completed by an authorized Civil Surgeon. If you have already submitted a valid Form I-693 that has not yet expired or have undergone an overseas medical examination completed by a panel physician, please do not send another For I-693 at this time. In addition, if your Form I-485 filing is based on a spousal relationship with a United States Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, please submit cwrent and relevant documentation that substantiates your marital relationship.
This is a cowtesy notice and not an official Request for Evidence (RFE). If you have received an official RFE and or an interview appointment notice, you may disregard this notice. However, if you wish to expedite the processing of your Form I-485, please submit the aforementioned documents along with a copy of this notice to the address below. Please include your A-mumber Receipt number on all correspondence

@folasade awe my case has been field office since July 2022 as I Emma agents been telling me that..and in feb I received RFE for medicals from FO as well

@j junior I sent all my forms ( including Medicals)in at once, so the sent me a Courtesy Notice and Request for Initial Evidence.

@j junior I responded to RFE and the scheduled me for appointment which I never received the notice and after a month they updated my page that I didn't show up for interview.

@folasade awe I don’t know how they can do that …so frustrating …I don’t even know what’s going on I have plan to call them and also talk to my lawyer what to do about it ..,the thing is I send in my medicals after RFE which was March 2 2023 regarding medicals only …
