@A kaur did it show the case is taking longer than expected at any point in time when you login ? mine is April 19, Vermont.. but at first it was Texas

mines is June 7 2022, it was first Texas then it changed to Potomac and waiting still

@helloworld world I spoke to the live agent people through Emma on the website and found out that my case is at Potomac instead of Texas

you can talk to Emma live agent for service center info or when you get approval letter on bottom service center information found

@helloworld world yes it was showing longer than expected but my case got upgraded from f2a to cr1 same day they approved
