what forms does my husband file to leave his country and reside with me in the USA while our case is being processed?
me and my husband have been living here in my country libya for 2 years now. we filed in December 2022 the i130. I’m very tired from this place and have a son back home to go to and our case is not going to be finished anytime soon. our estimated decision for i130 is December and we still have other steps. my question is, is there something I can do in order for us to travel together to the states ne with me there while my case is being processed? I can’t survive there on my own with 1 income and we don’t want to be separated but I’m afraid to do anything without knowledge as I don’t want to risk messing up my green card case.

Hello,guys.I’m wondering if somebody can help me with this question.If I field my I-360 and I-485 concurrently on November 21,2022 based on SIJS ,am I in backlog too now?I remember it was C ,when I did it in November.Now I’m not really clear,since my attorney said that whole process will take about 1 year .Thank you.

I had my interview for green card based on asylum then I received RFE for my medical. I sent my medical and its been over a month and my case on uscis shows my Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed. How long it will take USCIS to give me a decision on my application

From your experience, after a decision is made on your I-485 adjustment of status, how long does it take to get green card in the post?
It says 60 days max online but curious what real life timelines are?
Right now it says you will receive an approval notice within 30 days along with next steps. It also says the card should arrive at a maximum number of 30 days after the approval notice.

I had a family base case,my wife petition for me I-130 in 2017 in 2019 I got approved.in February 2019 I file I-485,I with USCIs and the judge.the case register EOIR.but my lawer made a mistake filing under asylum.in 2022 the judge dismissed the case,in 2023 I hade an emergency,I apply for an emergency travel document I travel to my country,why I’m there the local office denied my I-485 for some reason. I come back at the entry,at the same date the local office denied my I-485,the local office paroled me.I gonna have to file I-290B to appeal.what evidence should I send?
