hello everyone i just got the rfe for i 130 for bonafide marrige evidence and they asking for sworn affidavits from our friends or relatives can i take the affidavits from my uncle and aunt who living in other state and they are us citizen. thanks for your answers 🙏

@grown man sure... u can asked them to write a letter and get that letter notarized. Also, join a picture on each letter of those who were at your wedding with a copy of their ID... that will be a very big +... Good luck.
