help!
I had a family base case,my wife petition for me I-130 in 2017 in 2019 I got approved.in February 2019 I file I-485,I with USCIs and the judge.the case register EOIR.but my lawer made a mistake filing under asylum.in 2022 the judge dismissed the case,in 2023 I hade an emergency,I apply for an emergency travel document I travel to my country,why I’m there the local office denied my I-485 for some reason. I come back at the entry,at the same date the local office denied my I-485,the local office paroled me.I gonna have to file I-290B to appeal.what evidence should I send?

@lil t i was paroled,I had I-130 approved,I’m not qualified under INA 245,for those 2 reason they said after tuft review,the petition file in my behalf was dinied.
