Hello,guys.I’m wondering if somebody can help me with this question.If I field my I-360 and I-485 concurrently on November 21,2022 based on SIJS ,am I in backlog too now?I remember it was C ,when I did it in November.Now I’m not really clear,since my attorney said that whole process will take about 1 year .Thank you.

it was current when I filed my I-360 and now I have to wait 4 years. its upsetting but at least we still have the opportunity to get our green card

and what about advance parole?did someone travel?How was it?
I do have it,but afraid that will not allow me to go in

a friend of mine traveled (overseas) with the combo card and he got to enter the secondary room 😞 it was texas not to long stay there.. and they did not ask anything just check his passport and status. that’s all. but it was his case.. please do not take this risky action 🥲

same here, I sent everything (including green card) when it was current, do you have any update? I really don’t wanna wait 4 years :(
