removal proceedings
my lawyer will file motion to reopen based on approved i130. Also lawyer explained to me 2 things can happen, opposing which leads to hearing and or termination. Lawyer said he can’t file termination until motion to reopen was approved. (removal proceedings based on absentitia never got any letter i moved address) I’ve been reading a lot about removal proceedings here and noticed master hearing calendar waiting is 2years. please give me some insights. greatly appreciate for all the help. 🙏#removalproceedings

It’s been a long, exhausting and stressful and sometimes frustrating journey. It took 5 YEARS AND TWO MONTHS to get here (a child born at that time would be talking already).
However, ALL GLORY TO GOD ALMIGHTY FOR A SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION.
I received about 3 PF’s
On the i-360, I received one RFE (questioning my previous marriage divorce document from my country, which I successfully defended).
On the I-485, the only RFE received was for medical. Received the medical RFE April 15th 2023 and my response was delivered April 21st 2023.
Today May 15th 2023, case was approved.
Just like my sister HILDA BACI who broke the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS today FOR COOKING FOR 100hrs straight, i am too tired and exhausted to even jump for joy. USCIS have taken a lot from me but all i can say is THANK YOU JESUS!!!!

still can’t believe.
4 days after my EAD was approved, not even got the message of “card was mailed”, I’ve got the “new card is being produced”. was it an error? I can’t believe at all.
EDIT: Emma agent said “your case is still being processed, not approved yet”… how’s that possible????
