did they give you a deadline to send it in if yes that mean you have to go to a civil surgeon to do a medical examination and bring your vaccination record with you and also your covid vaccine go on uscis website put in your zip code and you should see uscis certified doctor in your area .... maybe they are going to waived your interview

@D@ddyB Zuniga I’ve been maried since January 2020 i filed 2020 but I got my approval February 2022 did biometric June 2022 I got my SSN march 2023 and they asked for transcripts October 2022 and now they want medical reports 🤷🏻‍♀️
