I was approved K1 on March 15th, 2023 going on 62 days and no welcome letter! I have sent several inquiries and the same answer for weeks....We have not received your approved application! They say 30 to 90 days !!! California office Mexico 🇲🇽 Beneficiary

@pierre Michael DO not worry 90 day plus is normal for us k1 ...do not listen to dates for anything other than k1.....please you will worry yourself sick as I did

@pierre Michael We tried to do our Ds 160bas if today they get message error that we can not proceed yet.....meaning case is not ready yet ay embassy! I was reading and saw it can take 4 to 8 weeks once nvs sends to embassy! all depends

@Jackie B. My Brother I think after you complete your Ds 160 visa you need to create a profile on UStraveldocs.com to have a confirmation of DS160 number and after you will take out this form, and go to DHL to pay the fee indicated in the letter ….

@pierre Michael NOedical yet ..I still don't have interview date...all it shows is READY STATUS AND WE FILLED OUT DS160 WITH A SERVICE HERE IN MEXICO VUT DOESNT ALLOW US TO PAY ONLY COMPLETE DS160....FOR K1 AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED PACKET WITH INSTRUCTIONS FRIM EMBASSY

@Jackie B. When you receive the letter * Welcome letter * the letter has all the indications, they will refer you to clinics so you can do the medical and make a complete envelope to send to the DHL

@pierre Michael NO we only received welcome letter letting us know to wait for further instructions from embassy regarding next steps

@pierre Michael The letter I got only said you application has been forwarded to Mexican Embassy and wait for further instructions in mail...so ibwemt ahead and did the ds 160 but it doesn't allow me to pay....I believe maybe mexico is being handles differently
