do you know how USCIS work on cases ?
My NOA1 is : April 7 2022 and I can see a lot of cases approvals after mine .
on the website they say they’re working on order they received cases but we can say that’s not correct . Someone has an idea about that ?

Can someone advise if I131 Biometrics which is done for my case today can be used for I485 as well.

got the biometrics for i131 which was done but the question is if it’s can be used for i485 as well.
I noticed many people didnt got their i131 approved and they got i485 approved directly.

friends mom got gc with same timeline
my friend applied 130 and 485 concurrent filling after 15 days of my application for my father. they got the gc approved on May 1st and our is still at biometric done stage. this is for st louis field office.
anyone else waiting at st louis field office for their gc?

finally approved after almost 11.5 months, nbc. only standalone but I’ll take anything at this point! hang in there, I know it’s so hard!

I live in Atlanta but my case was transferred 4 months ago to San Diego CA.
Almost three months ago they asked me for my medical exams and more evidence of marriage, it's been about 60 days since I responded, but there are still no movements. Only that they received the evidence.
i751 24 Month Extension Letter

Quick question: Just submitted i751 ROC and got the receipt as case received and reveiwing and also fingerprints letter stating will be used previous one.
I was also expecting 24 month extension letter with it. Bur I don’t see any yet. When did you guys get your initial extension when you applied for i751. How long it might take?

Hello,
What's with all of these transfers? Is USCIS pretending to look at I-601a's since IMMpact's lawsuit? My case was transferred from Nebraska to Potomac to Nebraska again. What was the point?
