PD: October 4, 2021 CR1 I live in Atlanta but my case was transferred 4 months ago to San Diego CA. Almost three months ago they asked me for my medical exams and more evidence of marriage, it's been about 60 days since I responded, but there are still no movements. Only that they received the evidence.

absolutely not, they should respond within 60 mins. try calling and/or chatting with Emma to get an update on your progress.

did they send one RFE for both ? or 2 different notices?

@onlytwo 🙂 file for outside the normal processing time .. San Diego FO the processing times is 15 months .. and now you are almost 18 months this will help you get the decision faster and they will let you know if they need more evidence from you .. BTW it’s 60 business days and if you only want to know if your medical received it’s better to call the contact center number

@menla seego they don’t follow any policies.. I sent mine 86 days ago and still no update at all non even acknowledge of receiving 🙌whenever I call or chat they all said they received it and my case is pending within the normal processing time
