it depends if you a married to a resident or citizen if you are Married to a resident you need to wait for a visa to become available if it’s a citizen in less than a year that’s what I’ve been told.

@Kenny Kenny you had an old 485 based on marriage or you filed 485 with vawa ?

@R m I have one old pending since 2018 and filed a new one 2021 with my i360

@R m You can file multiple forms on i485 my old one was never denied. My old i485 and new i485 is both pending

@Kenny Kenny that’s interesting! I didn’t know that ! but why would you send another 485 if you already have a one pending? bc when you file vawa you can transfer ur 485 to be under vawa instead of i 130
