Anyone with Traveling on Advance Parole as an international student with a pending I-485 experience?
Does anyone here have an experience traveling on an AP document whilst being an F1 - visa holder with a pending I-485 application? I have my combo card EAD/AP approved and I want to travel , but I don’t know if it will affect my ability to resume my studies when I get back. please do share if you have such experience or knowledge in navigating this situation. Thanks

i had my vawa i485 interview today was less than 10 minutes as soon as i was called and the officer came to meet she said you have been approved, i only want to ask one or 2 questions, it went really well and said i will get my card in 1 or 2 weeks
i am so happy after 4years on the journey.

Answer to RFE timing?
Hi Green Card Familiy!
Finally sending the answer to my RFE for the i-485 this week. Any thoughts about the timing from Uscis to review It and answer back or finally approve my petition?
I know they have legally 60days.... but how about your times?

everyone getting approved but mine is stuck 😩
I got a second active review on May 8th and nothing after that.. morning in docs.. I keep checking but nothing.. So, now I think my case is on hold :( IDK why.. I submitted everything.. It’s sad.. They wouldn’t even say anything.. Anyone has the same date as mine or close ?

Priority date is current, but case status remains pending
I submitted my I-485 application more than 8 months back. Per June visa bulletin, my priority date (ROW) for EB1 is current. However, my case status has been updated to “Case Remains Pending. We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you. Once an immigrant visa number becomes immediately available to you, we will resume processing of your application.” What does this mean? Should I expect a long delay in my green card processing?

48-months extension for I-751
Hey guys,
Is anyone still waiting for their 48-months extension letter? I filed I-751 in November 2021, and I still haven't received mine. I also sent an e-request for a missing notice almost a month ago, but I haven't gotten any response. Any tips on how to get it?
