Status update by Emma
hi,
I asked Emma about the latest update on my AP case and the live agent told me that my case was last reviewed on 05/02. I received no updates/notifications on my case since it was filed in Oct 2022. anyone knows if these internal updates mean anything?

@J A My EB1 case was also filed on 31-OCT-22 and I received my I-140, EAD and AP, However my I-485 status still shows finger print applied, when I checked with Emma agents they confirm that my case was transferred to Chicago FO, But I have not received any transfer notifications or letters yet.. However i received notifications for 140, EAD and AP etc

@WP EB1C Mine was filled on 17th Oct. when did you get your AP? i received notifications for EAD and I140 which are approved, but nothing on AP besides Emma telling me it was opened/reviewed two weeks back so im wondering if that signals some movement soon or is it just my wishfull thinking :)

My AP was approved on March -16th and my dependents got approved on March-17th, What is your PD? and country??

it might be a good sign that they reviewed it couple of weeks ago, Hopefully you will get it soon
